An Outpatient Network for Wellness Services

As part of Acadia Healthcare’s mission to make treatment more accessible for those in need, we offer stand-alone outpatient centers where individuals can receive services through various programming options. Connections, An Outpatient Center for Wellness Services will be located near a number of facilities throughout our treatment network and will provide care through partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, traditional outpatient services, and telehealth.

Stepping Up or Down Into PHP & IOP?

PHP & IOP Services

Partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) can serve as a step-up level of care from other types of outpatient programs or as a step-down from inpatient treatment. Individuals in PHP receive outcomes-driven care that promotes lasting wellness. Intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) are an intermediate type of outpatient treatment that can benefit those who need a higher level of care than what is provided in traditional outpatient therapy. These programs typically meet two-three hours a day, three-five times a week and offer evidence-based interventions in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Looking for More Conventional Outpatient?

Traditional Outpatient Services

Traditional outpatient services include flexible treatment options that allow individuals to meet with a therapist for confidential sessions in time frames that work best with their schedules. The frequency of sessions is based on the person’s needs and can be adjusted as time progresses. The personalized support therapists offer in this setting is ideal for eliciting positive treatment outcomes.

Finding It Hard To Find

Telehealth Outpatient Services

Telehealth services allow individuals to receive treatment from the comfort of their own home. These services are conducted over the phone or via computer-assisted virtual communication and can include both individual and group therapy options. Telehealth increases access to care by allowing those who are unable to attend treatment in person to have the opportunity to receive the services they need.
