Acadia Healthcare Announces Acquisition of CenterPointe Behavioral Health System

Acadia Healthcare announced that the company completed the acquisition of CenterPointe Behavioral Health System. CenterPointe is the largest provider in the state of Missouri that is dedicated to behavioral health, and it includes a 306-bed inpatient hospital and 10 outpatient locations. With the acquisition, Acadia expects to expand CenterPointe’s facilities and services to meet the needs of more patients.
