About Timberline Knolls – Outpatient Services PHP & IOP

Located in Orland Park, Illinois, about 20 minutes from our main residential campus, Timberline Knolls – Outpatient Services offers personalized outpatient services for adult women. Our PHP and IOP provide highly structured outpatient care for women who are struggling with addiction, mood disorders, and eating disorders. We use a variety of evidence-based therapies and approaches to help women rebuild their confidence and find their unique path to lasting healing. While every woman's needs are different, common elements of care may include group therapy, individual counseling, family therapy, and experiential therapies such as art therapy. Throughout every step of the healing process, we strive to empower each woman to take an active role in her journey to improved well-being.

For many of our clients, this adds layers of comfort and safety and a sense of belonging. Our approach is trauma-informed and involves caring for every aspect of a woman's well-being, including her mind, body, and spirit. We have combined this with a highly structured environment that allows women to spend each day focusing on their therapeutic goals. Supportive living housing is available for women who take part in our PHP, offering them recovery-focused living arrangements, staff and peer support, and transportation to and from our clinical programming. Before transitioning out of our care, every woman receives a detailed discharge plan that includes the resources she needs to support her continued success.
